Welcome to our General Policies and Terms and Conditions page where we will present you the main policies applied at April Luxury Suites as well as our Terms and Conditions.

General Policies

Initially and with respect to the Cancellation and Pre-Payment Policies, on our standard rate we provide the flexibility to our esteemed guests to cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. From then on, and until 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the stay will be charged and lastly for the last 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the stay will be charged as well as in the case of non-arrival on the day of the check in.

 

Proceeding with the arrival and departure times, the check-in time is 14:00-22:00 and the check-out time is from 07:00-10:30. In case there is a special request pertinent to an early check-in or a late check-out we will do our best to accommodate it, given its feasibility and conditional to upcoming bookings.

 

Upon reaching April Luxury Suites and during your check-in we will kindly ask you to provide us with your photo identification and in parallel we would like to inform you that we can accommodate check-in to persons over 18 years old. Furthermore, and during check-in we require a credit card in order to secure the reservation and for damages claim purposes and we reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guests’ arrival and dependent on the rate type the guest has selected. At April Luxury Suites we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard

With respect to our young guests, we are unfortunately an adults-only hotel and as such we can not accommodate children

During your stay you will have the ability to enjoy our breakfast in our yard from 09:00 – 10:00 and start your day refreshed.

For all our guests and with respect to health and nature we inform you that all our suites are non-smoking.

 

With regards to pets, we would like to inform our guests that currently, we do not offer the ability to host guests with their pets. It is in our future agenda however at present time we cannot fulfil it.

Given the nature of the establishment we do not offer the ability to utilize the suites for parties (e.g. hen or stag parties) as well as we invite our guests to abide to the rules relevant to excessive noise. In Greece during summer times no outdoor loud music is permitted from 14:30-17:30 and from 23:00-07:00.

As Rhodes is an important place but with close by attractive locations as well, we also provide the ability for our guests to book a stay in the near by islands during their stay with us with hotels of our partner network. And since you will be going for a day or two, we also provide you with a luggage safe-keeping service at the price of €5/day/piece of safe-kept luggage with minimum of 1 day.

Terms and Conditions

 Having presented our General Policies, we proceed with the presentation of the Terms and Conditions.

Initially and with respect to the in-suite potential damages / losses. We would like to inform you that in the process of renovating and decorating the Luxury Suites you are about to experience we took great care to gather individual pieces that blend to a perfection. This has led the property to be equipped and furnished and decorated to a high standard, making damages expensive. Therefore, we kindly ask you to treat the property accordingly as any damage or loss caused during stay in parallel with any special cleaning needed at check-out will be considered as the guests’ responsibility and could lead to additional charges.

 

With respect to Valuables and Security and installed Safety Boxes, we would like to inform you that we have installed for your convenience safety boxes capable to securely store your laptop and your valuables. On that account we invite you to utilize them as we as owners do not accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to guests’ property. Additionally, we are responsible to make sure that the window and door are locked and not left open when you go out and about. Although we provide the highest of security and no-non guest can reach the suites without passing through the front desk, we still inform you of the due process to lock the valuables you choose to leave at the suite.

 

Finally, and with respect to potential complaints we would like to inform you that every possible attempt will be made for the guests to have a memorable experience and stay. During your stay, you will be given a special number should you have any problem at any point during your stay. This number will facilitate a direct access to the Owner, or Owner’s representative on order to facilitating the solution of any given problem. Therefore the guests must communicate any given problem whilst at the hotel and if no complaint is presented during the stay, April Luxury Suites will assume that ultimate satisfaction was achieved leading to not entertaining no complaints post check-out
