Welcome to April Luxury Suites.
Under the Rhodian sun, APRIL Luxury Suites was created with respect to oriental tradition and ancient Greek heritage. Located near the Turkish library and the mosque, the hotel as a former Ottoman building and former residence of the Pasha, preserves the corresponding architecture and decoration. Although existing as a building since the mid-16th century, the ancient Greek style overwhelms its existence. As a trademark, the sun refers to the mythological God Sun, whose fiery chariot bathes the APRIL Luxury Suites, offering moments of relaxation in a spring setting under the blue sky of Rhodes.
APRIL Luxury Suites is located at 17th Ippdamou Street, close to D’ Amboise gate and combines ease of access to all important locations in the Old Town, whilst being on a quiet and scenic pebble-built road. Right across our entrance you can find the historic church of Agia Paraskevi (Αγία Παρασκευή) dated back on the 14th century and just a few meters down the road is the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes. Additionally, and very close by, at Arionos Square you will find Yeni Hamam, the Public Baths of Rhodes and the Mosque of Suleiman.
April Luxury Suites features eight distinct suites combining the luxuries of modern renovation which preserves the Ottoman elements we discovered and preserved.
In APRIL Luxury Suites, we are fortunate to have a well-preserved Hammam which we have as a museum. The guests can examine its operation as well as see different items used at the time.
In our picturesque courtyard made of pebbles the Amalthea Restaurant is set so our guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast produced solely by fresh local products and recipes from the owners family. For lunch, we prepare homemade traditional recipes, for our guests to experience Greek flavors and at night and under the starry sky you can enjoy a drink, a wine or dinner.
To describe a bit your experience, a welcoming refreshing local drink (or sweet) will be expecting you upon arrival to APRIL Luxury Suites, where you will also be presented with the possibility to craft your itinerary based on inside info on what to look and where to eat during your stay for your convenience.
Inside the rooms and suites, their unique scent as well as the toiletries will make you feel comfortable. Don’t forget to set up your free WiFi so you are well connected in both networks, one private in your suite and one in the common areas with the maximum possible speed for the Old Town. Furthermore Flat-screen 32 inch HD smart TVs are available at your suite/room as well as a safe. There is also 24h security and guarding of the premises. Your suite will be cleaned every day so that it is always refreshed and the queen – sized beds with the hypoallergenic covers, mattress and 2-pillows per person will provide you with the much-needed rest and comfort. Of course, wake up service operates 24/7 upon demand.
Upon pre-arrangement with the front desk and availability, you can also have a Wii gaming console for a specific timeframe within your stay as well as many different board games for your in-room entertainment (upon availability and arrangement). Also, and under the same pre-arrangement and availability, you can also have a laptop featuring a privacy-enabling version of Linux which will be installed for you and deleted upon the return of the laptop.
We believe that vacation is a time for relaxation, however we also understand that work may never end. On that account, we offer Secretariat Services (e.g. printing) for our guests such as appointment reminders, photocopying and postal service, as well as have an in-hotel terrace for you to sit and work in peace.
Complementing our set of services, our front desk operates a concierge service where you can book additional experiences offered by highly professional external collaborators, such as : Tour excursions, Guides, Bike / Motorcycle and Car Rental, Wellness service as massage, hair and makeup, spa and yoga lessons, even horse riding and boat renting.
Last but not least we can offer a transportation service from and to the airport with our associates having both taxis and VIP transfer vans (upon request/arrangement) at the most affordable quotes.
