• Cleaning: We offer you a change of bath towels every 2 days and a change of bed sheets every 2 days. In case you wish to change this schedule please inform us. If you do not need your towels and bed sheets to be replaced please let us know.
• Breakfast: Breakfast is served in the yard from 09:00-10:00.
• Check out: Check out is conducted from 07:00-10:30
• Credit card / Security Deposit: The hotel does retain the right to charge if exceptional damages are found during the checkout inspection. 
• Lunch/Dinner plus Complementary Wine: In the restaurant daily lunch and dinner is served in an a la carte manner. Whenever you choose to have your lunch/diner with us a complementary bottle of wine will be served.
• CCTV: The common areas of the hotel are monitored using a CCTV on a 24h basis for your safety.
• Roof patio: The roof garden / patio is assessable for the guests of the hotel and free of use. It is available during the whole day until the night where it is locked for security / safety reasons.
• Taxi Service: We can arrange a transfer from or to any location or the airport with our colleagues after prior notice. In order to arrange for a taxi transfer, please contact the reception.
• Rent a Car / Motorcycle / Boat: Our hotel reception can assist with arranging car, motorcycle and boat rentals for your convenience

• Daily Excursions: We can arrange for a variety of daily excursions around Rhodes with our colleagues.
• Massages – Spa: We can arrange for an exceptional massage for you at a premium location.
